The data controller is the Pastor of the Mielec Pentecostal Church congregation, with its registered office at 1 Reja Street, Mielec, 39-300.
1. Data is processed for the purpose of providing information about activities relating to events within the scope of statutory activities in accordance with the Internal Law of the Pentecostal Church in the Republic of Poland and the Personal Data Protection Regulations in force at the Pentecostal Church, with its registered office in Warsaw, 68/70 Sienna Street.
2. Under the current Terms and Conditions, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your data at any time.
3. You have the right to access your personal data, to have it rectified, to have it erased, to restrict its processing, and to have it transferred to another data controller.
4. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Commission, whose Chair acts as the Data Protection Officer.
5. The data provided is not subject to profiling and is not disclosed to other organisations or data controllers without the consent of the data subject.
6. The personal data collected will be retained until the specified purpose has been fulfilled or for a period of one year from the start of the year following the date on which consent was given (whichever of these periods is longer).
